Adjustability
To achieve great things in this world you must be able to adjust to what is being asked. My dream wasn't to play in the major leagues. My dream was to play baseball at all.
Determination
Once you've found your way, you have to work to make it happen. Once you've found what you love, don't let anything stand in your way. You have to be determined not to let someone else’s opinion of you define what you think of yourself
Accountability
