Richard Russo joined Russell Banks for an on-stage conversation sponsored by Cuyahoga County (Ohio) Public Library Foundation. He reflected on character creation, the life of a novelist and his personal involvement in writing for the screen as well as seeing his works brought to the screen. Our audience of nearly 800 was thrilled to hear from one of their favorite writers and were charmed by his wit, humor and humility.
