The National Book Critics Circle honors Jennifer Egan’s A Visit from the Goon Squad and Isabel Wilkerson’s The Warmth of Other Suns

What a great way to kick off 2011! It seems like nearly every major publication across the country recognized Isabel Wilkerson's The Warmth of Other Suns and Jennifer Egan's A Visit from the Goon Squad as some of the best books of 2010, and now the National Book Critics Circle is on board, too. The membership of the NBCC named both books as one of five best titles in their respective fiction and non-fiction categories. We’ll be cheering for Isabel and Jennifer —RHSB’s newest exclusive speaker— when the awards are announced this March.
